Cancellation Policy

Coaching Cancellation Policy 24-Hour Cancellation Notice Cancellation Notice: To cancel a scheduled group coaching session, clients are required to provide at least 24 hours' notice. This policy is in place to ensure fairness and availability for all clients. Late Cancellations: If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, the client will be charged the full amount for the session. This fee compensates for the reserved time and the missed opportunity for other clients to book that slot. No Rescheduling: Once a session is cancelled, there is no option to reschedule it. Clients must book a new session for future participation. Booking Policy Advance Booking: Clients are required to book their group/1 on 1 sessions at least 1 day prior to the session date. This policy ensures adequate preparation and organization for the session. Booking Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment and are subject to availability. Accountability and Consideration Respect for Time: Clients are encouraged to be accountable and considerate of other clients' time. Late arrivals or no-shows disrupt the session and impact other participants. If you are more than 30 minutes late for the session, you will not be permitted into the zoom and considered a no show. Mutual Respect: This policy is based on mutual respect for the time and commitment of both the coach and the clients. Agreement to Policy By booking a group coaching session, clients agree to abide by this cancellation policy.
