Cancellation Policy

Coaching Cancellation Policy 48-Hour Cancellation Notice Cancellation Notice: To cancel a scheduled group coaching session, clients are required to provide at least 24 hours' notice. This policy is in place to ensure fairness and availability for all clients. Late Cancellations: If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session, the client will be charged the full amount for the session. plus $10.00 canceling fee. This fee compensates for the reserved time and the missed opportunity for other clients to book that slot. No Rescheduling: Once a session is cancelled, there is no option to reschedule it. Clients must book a new session for future participation. Booking Policy Advance Booking: Clients are required to book their group/1 on 1 sessions at least 2 day prior to the session date. This policy ensures adequate preparation and organization for the session. Booking Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment and are subject to availability. Accountability and Consideration Respect for Time: Clients are encouraged to be accountable and considerate of other clients' time. Late arrivals or no-shows disrupt the session and impact other participants. If you are more than 30 minutes late for the session, you will not be permitted into the zoom and considered a no show. Mutual Respect: This policy is based on mutual respect for the time and commitment of both the coach and the clients. Agreement to Policy By booking a group coaching session, clients agree to abide by this cancellation policy.
